Hospice is provided by health care professionals, who
have an expertise in symptom and pain management. Palliative care is provided to meet
an individual's need of medical care. Palliative care concentrates
on reducing the severity of pain and symptoms.
The hospice team consists of expert Medical Directors, RN nurses, LPN
nurses, HA's, Medically Licensed Social Workers, Spiritual Care Coordinators,
Bereavement Counselors, Therapists and trained Volunteers.
